Hello dear,

As you did not mentioned which state domicile you belong to, it is difficult to predict.

The cut off differs from state to state based on various factors .

And also cut off keeps changing every year depending on factors like top marks, toughness of paper, no.of students appeared for the exams, n. of seats available etc.

If we talk generally, as you belong to OC category and asking for admission in Govt.medical colleges, you should consider 600 marks as a safe score.

In less competitive states like karnataka and bihar, even with 550 marks or below you have chances to get a govt.medical seat.

But in highly competitive states like UP it becomes difficult if you do not have good score.
