In ceramic Engineering you learn about science and technology of creating objects form inorganic, non-metallic materials. In food production you learn about applying principles of engineering, science and mathematics to food manufacturing and operations, including the processing , production, handling, storage, conservation, control, packaging and distribution of food products.
