minister quota in government engineering college nit??

Nope! In NIT or National Institute of Technology, the quota's which are available for the reservation are-
- SC
- EWS
- OBC
- ST
Apart from this you have to score good in JEE MAINS examination in order to get into the NIT's. There are no such Minister quota in NIT's.
