Hello there. Hope you are doing good. I would like to tell you that usually students after pursuing their B.Tech opt for M.Tech full time. You will get better college exposure, placement opportunities, extra-curricular opportunities in a full time college. However, if you are a working professional, then M.Tech Part Time can also be a good option since you can manage your work life and college life simultaneously. The salary package for both part time and full time m.tech degree depends on the college from which you pursue the course. In general, you can expect a better package from M.Tech Full time.

I hope you found this answer helpful. Good luck for your future.
