my 10th and 12th from gujarat board...so in my marksheet my parents name not mentioned it... so how to fill ssc form?my full name mentioned (surname -my name-father name) is sharma PiyushKumar subodh ..can i write father as marksheet is Sharma subodh ..and how to write my mother name in ssc ?

f your 10th and 12th mark sheets do not mention your parents' names:
