Hello Niranjan
I am afraid to say but according to your 12% you are not eligible for josaa counselling(as per cbse or india level board),so you cannot get colleges of national importance like nit or gftii.
But you can try for colleges in rajasthan such as skit, poornima college, rtu, amity. You can check other private colleges accepting jee mains score on this careers360 link

All the best
With 66% in Jee mains and clr rank 229140 , i don't think that you will get the admission in any of the government college.
With these marks, you will not get the best private Universities of India.
You can take anyone of the private Universities, near your area.
Or you can apply for LPU, Benett University, Sharda university, manav rachna university, Rajasthan isntitute of engineering, or you can try for any other university near your area.

Hello Niranjan,
See you do not have any chances of getting into any NITs or IIITs or GFTIs but since you are asking about Rajasthan then you have very good opportunity to get into some college affiliated to RTU.
You can apply for it through REAP and the procedure is quiet simple. If you want to know about the procedure and all then you can request an Answer or post a new question.
But for now you can get admission in colleges of RTU but branches will play a major role in that. You may have chances for govt college Ajmer, CTAE Udaipur, GIT, Poornima, and many more..
