my aadhar number in ssc memo have a single digit mistake. Does it cause any problem during jee application or counciling??

Yes, you may end up in a trouble due to this because every details in your SSC or HSC certificate should match and especially the aadhar number which is literally the most important documents.
I would suggest you to tak some step hurriedly to end up in future hassles.....
