According to previous year, the cut offs (OBC) for AIIMS Rishikesh was AIR 1664 with corresponding percentile 99.5616219. And the lowest cut off was gone to AIIMS Guntur/Mangalagiri which was AIR 2212 corresponding percentile 99.4209514. The conclusion is that you may not have chance to get admission in AIIMS.

So with your score its not possible to get aiims.

However if your neet score is good enough you can try for other government colleges.
