My Aiims Percentile is 98.54 ,any possibility of getting a seat in Aiims , i havent appeared in the first list,and i belong to OBC Category

You may get a chance in AIIMS Nagpur and Guntur. All other AIIMS have already completed its 5 years and much of development is done, so as years pass the ranks get lower.
Generally it can go upto an AIR rank of 2500.
