My AIR is 20759 and category rank is 161.I belong to ST category women.Is there any chance of getting any NLU?

First of all congrats for securing 20kk rank in NLU 2019 . As per my knowledge students below 1k ranks are eligible for almost all top NLU . So you have very low chance of securing good course in 2nd round of counselling else last round counselling is all yours :)
As you are from ST + WOMEN CATEGORY As per previous year cutoff and trends you will definitely get assured seat in tier 2 NLUs Though it will tough for getting seat in top ones still you have hope and you have to wait till last round for getting top colleges .
