With your Rank it will be quite difficult to get into medical colleges in Delhi as each and every college in Delhi holds a very fine position with respect to their ranking. I don't think now you can show your domicile as Maharashtra as your schooling is of delhi. Though you should participate into the All india Counselling as on your SC rank you can get into a medical college. Delhi seems to be difficult.
