Dear student,
I am guessing your marks are in the range of 520-540 or like wise .dear student it's really difficult for you to get admission in any government medical college with this rank . What I mean is that your chances are really less but not null . If you don't get MBBS seat then you can get BDS government college. While you may get a college. I am sharing a link with you kindly check and see if you can get a government medical college.

Hi udisha,
You have scored good in neet 2019 and have a good state rank. You can expect a seat in the second round it will have only some chances but you should try your luck for that chances too. You belong to general category so it is difficult.
You should remain in the counselling and it can be you can get a mbbs seat.
Otherwise you can have a mbbs seat in private colleges too but it will be somewhat expensive.
