Kmc manipal is a private college so it doesn't participate in the neet counselling of all India but it do have opening and the closing rank for the state counselling but to be eligible for that you need to be a domicile of the state.
As you didn't mention your category I'm assuming you're from general category
The minimum cutoff rank and marks required for a general category student to get into kmc college karnataka is 37245 and 525 marks respectively as per previous year cutoff, but the cutoff varies every year so I think if you're from other categories like bc or reservation you can easily get into college
