If you are from general category then it is very difficult to get admission in DELHI UNIVERSITY but if you have some quota then you can just try, but it is difficult to get in general category.

Yes you can do B.Com. In university of Delhi with this marks.but don't expect any top college. You can only find few low grade college. Even you don't have good chance for that too. If you belong to OBC or SC/ST then there are few chance. You can join SOL for B.Com.
