Yes, at this score, getting a seat in a private medical college is absolutely possible. Or for that matter, getting a seat in deemed college is also possible. But the fees would be high enough and it may be high or very high depending upon the college.

my sister marks is 510.Can she get the admission in MBBS in any govt college or in BDS like KGMU?

It'd be a little difficult to get a MBBS seat but not impossible, by the second counselling round, she might get a seat in a government MBBS college. And getting a BDS seat is absolutely possible.
