My clat rank is as low as 29766 but I hv also opted for J&K resident quota as available in some of NLUs.Can you provide possibility of adm.?

First of all congrats for securing 29kk rank in NLU 2019 . As per my knowledge students below 1k ranks are eligible for almost all top NLU (it will be little tough if you are from general category) . So you have very less chance of securing good course in 2nd round of counselling or in last round counselling .
I am assuming you a general candidate (for reserved category it will be much easier) As per previous year cutoff and trends you will definitely get assured seat in tier 2 NLUs as you are from J&K but chances are quite low.
