Hello aspirant,

This is a type of security check. Every institute you work or study in keeps you few documents and they surely return them to. In case they forget or fail to return them then you can apply for it to return so you will get them back. But if you an ounce that you lost but found active in your company documents then it may cause you some trouble so it would be best to get the original ones back.

Thank you
