My CRL IN JEE IS 446000 AND EWS RANKS IS 50100, SHOULD I APPLY IN JAC DELHI COUNSELLING. IS THERE ANY CHANCE I LL BE GETTING CSE BRANCH IN ANY DELHI INSTITUTION.

Yes you can fill that form as you have some chance of getting admission if the seats were left vacant but you have very low chance as many students already freeze there seats in big institutions and universities like delhi
