MY CRL IS 220K AND I AM FROM SC CATEGORY CAN I GET PAINT TECHNOLY IN HBTU KANPUR AND IS IT GOOD BRANCH ?

Sorry aspirant, with this much rank you are not eligible for paint technology in Harbourt Butler Technological University (HBTU), Kanpur. I will suggest to look for another college. Also, paint technology is a branch which is not found in many colleges. Good to hear from you about this new branch.

Paint technology isn't much in demand in India most pain companies here gladly recruit chemical engineers. This is the same issue with mechanical over production engineering. That's how the company sentiments are. Anyways HBTU is a prestigious institution but it's Fame and reputation has dwindled over the last couple of years. It's cutoff has slowly widened over time due to its drop in quality of lectures.
Also at a rank of 220k it is not possible to get into the college.
Since I didn't know if your rank was UPSEE or JEE is assumed both and searched both UPSEE even reserved rank doesn't dip below 30k and JEE doesn't dip below 170k
