Since you have not mentioned your home state so considering it as Rajasthan according to your profile.
Note that admission in DTU is conducted by Joint Admission Council, Delhi. So according to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you have no chances of getting into DTU as per previous year's cut-off. As cut-offs for this year is not declared yet so we can guide you on the basis of previous year's cut-offs or closing ranks so last year the closing rank for OBC category students was 26724 for DTU in round 4.

Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors, so to get an idea we can use last year's cut-offs.
