Hello,
Based on your rank in B.Arch and B.Planning and you being a general category student, you won't be able to get admission in IITs or GFTIs, but you can go for the state level counseling like Odisha, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Uttarakhand Etc.
However if you want admission only in NITs then I'll recommend you take a year drop and prepare for JEE 2021 exams and secure a good rank to be eligible to take admission in NITs.
