my crl rank is 184513 can and myy ews rank is 26000 will i gwt ECE in DTU?

Congratualtions on your JEE Main rank. According to previous year cutoffs and trends following are the cutoffs of Electronics and Engineering branch in DELHI TECHNOLOGICAL UNIVERSITY :
DELHI Region: ECE: 27081
Outside DELHI Region: ECE: 5793
Hence with your EWS category rank 26000 you can only get admission in DTU under the quota of DELHI region means you can only get into DTU if you passed your 12th class from DELHI region.
