My crl rank is 390020, and OBC rank 134728 am from Delhi OBC non creamy layer , can I get any seat in jac counselling???

Based on your CRL rank, there is NO CHANCE to get any institute from JAC Delhi counseling.
But, I can provide you the JAC Delhi 2018 cutoff ranks of DTU, NSIT, IIIT, and IGDTUW for OBC (Delhi Region) candidates, so you can get an idea about your chances.
In 2018, after Round 6-
1. DTU, Delhi
- Cutoff Rank- 10,18,071
2. NSIT, Delhi
- Cutoff Rank- 5,96,611
3. IGDTUW, Delhi
