as you mention that your crl rank is 8 lakh and you belong to st category for which your rank is 31k

as your score is very low so that you have very less chance to get any college as your rank is also not good . but apply your st category you will get colleges of jharkhand (as you mention you are from ) through counseling you apply by home state quota then you have a chance to get any college
