Hello,

When you apply for fee reimbursement you need to upload certain documents such as Adhaar card, SSC certificate, study certificates etc. The date of birth in all these documents and college records must be same because these details will be verified by the field officer of the welfare department. If there are any discrepancies in the details then the fee reimbursement will not be released for you. You haven't mentioned if the date of birth in the college records is as per class 10th certificate or EAMCET details. If it is as per class 10th certificate then you do not have to worry.
