Yes sir, she is eligible. Aditya nursing college doesn't conduct any entrance exam. They give admission based upon the percentage obtained in 12 th.
Here below is the eligibility criteria
Candidates should have completed 17 years on or before the 31st day of December, of the year of admission.
Candidates should have passed any other examination conducted by Boards/Councils/Intermediate education established by the State Government/Central Government and recognized as equivalent to the two-year pre-university examination by RGUHS/Association of Indian Universities (AIU), with English as one of the subjects, and Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as optional subjects, and the candidate should have passed English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology individually.
Candidates must have obtained a minimum of not less than 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English taken together in the qualifying examination. With respect to candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes or other backward classes, the marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English taken together in the qualifying examination should not be less than 40% instead of 50% as mentioned above.
In case of candidates from the stream of Vocational Higher Secondary Course, conducted by the Board of Vocational Higher Secondary Examination, Kerala; the candidates should have taken a minimum of 5 subjects including Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English, in addition to the vocational subject.

According to her 12th standard marks that is 85%, she can definitely apply for Aditya Nursing College as eligibility for getting admission in Aditya Nursing College is 50% marks in 12th standard. She can even see for other medical colleges as well.
