Mam I do not understand how to choice felling ?So kindly help me .

First of all, make a list of colleges you want to take admission and you can get admission there. Study about the closing rank or cutoffs of that colleges then make the list.
Then choose field you want to persue.
While filling the choice, first give  the nam of the college, which is top of the list (that you have made), then give the corresponding stream.
Then give the second top college from that list, and give the same stream and so on.
If you have more than one options for streams, then you should go like this-
For example -
1. Jadavpur university- cse
2. Kalyani engineering college-cse
3. Jalpaiguri Government Engineering college- cse
Completed for cse. Say another stream of your choice is ece.
4. JU- ece
5. KGEC-ece
6. JGEC- ece
Like this.

So mam I think fast of all I will give government college top of the list therefore others college.So  I have made one list for choice felling. kindly I requested check this list .mam I want to take admission CSE.
1- jadavpur university-cse
2- Maulana abul kalm azad -cse
3-kalyani government college-cse
4- gov.collage , barhampur -cse
5- jalpaiguri government college-cse
5- cooch behar gov. College -cse
6- gov.collage of eng & ceramic tech.,kolkata
7-gov.collage of eng.&leather techno.,kolkata
8- gov.collage of eng.& textile techno.,serampore
