As you have reserved category rank, you may get government college under WBJEE. But at this rank you can get any streams in Jadavpir University. You may try Kalyani Government Engineering college, Coochbeher government engineering college, purulia government engineering college, Jalpaiguri Government Engineering college etc. In KGEC, you have a slim chance to get any seat. But I think you can get seat in Coochbeher or Jalpaiguri.
Purulia Government Engineering college is newly opened. The first batch hasn't placed yet. So , no idea about Placement.

First of all, make a list of colleges you want to take admission and you can get admission there. Study about the closing rank or cutoffs of that colleges then make the list.
Then choose field you want to persue.
While filling the choice, first give the nam of the college, which is top of the list (that you have made), then give the corresponding stream.
Then give the second top college from that list, and give the same stream and so on.
If you have more than one options for streams, then you should go like this-
For example -
1. Jadavpur university- cse
2. Kalyani engineering college-cse
3. Jalpaiguri Government Engineering college- cse
Completed for cse. Say another stream of your choice is ece.
4. JU- ece
5. KGEC-ece
6. JGEC- ece
