Hi aspirant

Your certificate is not valid for admission in IITs .You need to have certificate in that format which is mentioned on the JEE advances' website.

You can visit the "download" section on the official website to download the format gen-ews certificate format or you can visit on the link below:

https://jeeadv.ac.in/documents/certificates/GEN-EWS.pdf

You need not to be worried if you have certificate in hindi .You can use it while filling the JEE Advance form but you should be able to make a certificate in valid format before counselling.

You take your hindi certificate and the format to the block office from where you have got hindi certificate and ask the officials that you want in the prescribed format.You can write applicate and attach xerox of previous certificate and format of required certificate.

You should complete all these before counselling starts.
