my ews certificate was issued on 24-08-2020 but it is written that it will be valid for 2022-2023 so can i fill the form of jee mains 2020-2021 with this certificate???

The ews certificate validity date means that if is eligible up till the year 2022-2023, the time when an ews certificate is issued, it is valid from that particular date only. It cannot be valid after 2 years, it should be valid instantly, so you can surely apply with that certificate.
