hope you are doing great. As per your query I would glad to tell you that at your rank you holds very low chances of getting admission in NITs . Their are some chances of getting in civil enginerring seat but they are also not fixed . I would advise you to start preparing fot next attempt and follow the below link for cut off reference:-
