hello ritwik .. if you are expecting 130 to 140 marks in jee mains ... so brother that's really a good score ... so what you have to do is ... wait for the result of jee and the jee rank ...then you will got the nit according to your rank ... or prepare for jee advance ... so according to me nit and iites are the best in itself for engineering... and your score is really good so hope you will  got a good collage for your electrical engineering .... good luck
