My father name in aadhar card is Jagdish Kumar gera (which is in my father's documents)but in matric certificate it is Jagdish gera?

This is a big issue as it would lead to difficulties for paper works in future.
Solve this issue as soon as possible because it may lead to serious problem.
This would be solved from school certificate so as soon as possible contact to the school and find a way through it.
