My frnd got 41 marks in ts eamcet (engineering ) and she got 85.3% in ipe. What rank will she get??

Hello,
Final rank is calculated from 25% of PCM
25% from IPE and 50% from TS EAMCET.
So you have use 3 of these combine and find your rank. You can do this yourself.
You can use career360 ts EAMCET college predictor to know the list of colleges where you can take admission.
