My GATE score is 382/1000 in mechanical engineering and I belong to general category. Will I get M.Tech seat in thermal? Please help

Hello,

you can try for government engineering college which is located in your domicile state. You can use home state quota. IIT accept score above 550 and goes upto 700.

NIT will be hard as accepted score will be above 500. There is good chance for government college. Apply for them. Even go for universities. They are also recognized and have good performance.
