Hello,

There is chance to get an admission through categorical rank/score. you can take specialization in the your graduation branch only. You can't choose other branch specialization.  For general , cutoff starts from 450.

domain wise cutoff is not available. for generalized cutoff please  visit the link below:-

You can also try for lower rank IITs for Mechanical engineering.
