My GMR is 26363 and SC Rank is 1721 on WBjee 2019. Do I have chances of getting a seat in Govt. colleges? If yes, where should I approach?

You can get government colleges but getting branches like CSE is difficult. YOU can get texile or apm in GCETTS, leather technology in GCELT, also you can get many other braches in government colleges. So you can try in government colleges. So do accordingly.
