Dear aspirant,
To be a ethical hacker you have to get a deep knowledge of

Cyber security
Phishing
Cyber encryption

As you are doing polytechnique after 10th class
You should also go for cources like CEH,CHFI which are certified cources to become a ethical hacker.
More over your determination matters more.

It doesn't matter which branch you are from.
What matters is what type of ethical hacking techniques you have.
But since you have asked therefore in my opinion you should for computer science branch.
Because having a computerscience background will help you alot.
