Hii Naina

Yes it is compulasory to include english or any other languange you had in class 12th boards. With 88 percentage in your class 12th boards examiantions you are very much an average acheiever and you might not be able to get a college with this much of a percentage in the University of Delhi . You can get admissions if you belong to the general or the unreserved cateogory . You would surely get in if you belong to any of the reserved categories . You can mention the course you want admissions in and we can help you in the best way possible . Hope it helps

You will get 1 percent relaxation if you go to any coed college . You can get low grade colleges of the south campus or some other good if seats remain vacant.
