With this rank it will be not possible to get any good college .
Because as you know that competition is very strong and seats are limited.
You my get low rank nits like nit srinagar ; Goa ; Uttarakhand etc.only if seats remain vacant .
Otherwise you should take drop and prepare well for next year.

It's difficult for you to get admission in your preferred Engineering college ie national institute of technology, but however you can get following colleges with your rank:

Ujjain engineering college, chemical engineering

KJ Somaiya Institute of engineering and technology

Thakur college of engineering and technology

MIT academy of engineering.
