Percentile Score is the score based on the relative performance of candidates who have appeared for the exam. To calculate a percentile score, the marks secured are converted into a scale ranging from 100 to 0 for each session of the candidates. The total marks of JEE main paper 1 is 300.So if a candidate of your session is going to score a mark of 300,then it would be converted into 100 percentile. If you are going to secure a mark of 226 out of 300,then you will obtain a percentile of 75.33%
