For getting admitted into NITS/IITs through jEE you must need to fulfill some eligibility criteria required.
- For SC/ ST candidates, the eligibility criteria are to secure 65% marks in class XII or equivalent exam.
So, you are not eligible for admission in NIT, IITs.
But, there are other colleges which take admission through JEE mains and don't have such eligibility criteria.
You can apply for them.

Nit Hamirpur
Nit Durgapur
Nit JSR
Nit kurukshetra etc.
With branches like mechanical, civil and chemical engineering.
