Hello,

IIIT considers the cutoff as declared by NTA. so there may be possible to get an admission at your state IIIT if it has  any reservation for state candidates.

Anyway you can go for your state level Government colleges. There you can get admission for sure. May not  for technical branches like CSE or IT. You can go for Core branches also like EEE,ECE, EIE.

It will be difficult but you can do it.
