I regret to inform you that with such a low score its difficult for you to get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like jmi.
As jmi is one of the reputed institutes so it has high closing cutoff for the candidates to get admission.
Maximum cutoff had gone for civil branch with valie of 69000 .

I would like to inform you that you can get admission in civil engineering in the spot round held by Jamia Milia Islamia because the last rank for JMI for civil and other branches goes upto 66000 at the highest so you shouldn't expect to get a seat in counselling rounds. Wait for the spot round.
