With 90 percentile you expected all India rank will be nearly 86,000 . You have not mentioned your category. Your Admission to college depends upon cut off of Jee main 2020 which ultimately depends on number of candidates appeared and qualified in exam, difficulty level of exam and previous year's cut off.
Last year's Jee main cut off for general category was 89+. So expected cut off 2020 will be around 90 percentile, in that case if you are from general category too, you will be qualified for jee main.

You can calculate your rank easily by using this formula - 100-your rank(869010)/100
In your case your rank must be around - 86901.
As per previous year cut off its expected that you need to secure rank around 20,000 to get admission in Amrita university.
