my jee mains cpl rank is 223237 and obc rank is73862 in andhra pradesh which government college accept my rank and give addition to me in any branch

Based upon the rank that you have secured in both the categories, it will be difficult for you to get a government seat in Andhra Pradesh. Would suggest you to try out for the private colleges where the cutoffs are comparatively lower than the government colleges.
