Sorry to say,but you can't get CSE branch in any of NITs even of north-east. until or unless you belong to unreserved category. If you are really dedicated towards CSE branch , go for privates or else join IIIT Bhagalpur. If none of them spark you , drop a year and try to perform better in next JEE Main.
