My JEE mains paper 2 rank in OBC category was 2121 can i get any top NIT...But cutoff's showing last rank was around 1700+

Well everything depends upon the opening and closing rank so be prepared for the counseling as anything can happen coming to the terms of the NITs in my view you will get the top NITs but not sure whether you will be getting the good branches or not
