my jee percentile is 75.6825373.i am from obc-ncl category.my category cut off is 74.86.can i eligible for jee advance?

Since you have crossed the cutoff of your respective category in JEE mains 2019 then of course you are eligible for JEE advanced and you can appear for JEE advanced.
