my jee rank 177705 in obc category then changes to get best college for engineering?

See at present we cannot predict the exact colleges you may get in the counseling, since it depends on a number of other factors.
However, as per previous trends of cutoffs, it seems very difficult for you to get any NIT/IIITs in the JoSAA counselling rounds since these college have a very very higher cutoff . Around 45,000-56,000 for OBC students

But, there may be some chance for you to get a seat in some NITs if you provide the HS quota. Kindly also mention your HS .
In CSAB Special rounds you may get some colleges which have seats left even after JoSAA rounds.
